Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Interactv.
We create and supply interactive learning installations, STEM kits, and event products designed for schools, exhibitions, and educational events.
 

We take great care to ensure every product is delivered in perfect condition.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and how to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The product received is different from what was ordered.

  • The product was not functional due to a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built installations or products (e.g., Buzz Wire, Sensor Wall, Sound Harp, etc.) made to order.

  • Software, downloadable content, or digital files.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper setup after delivery.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at connect@interactv.in or WhatsApp us at +91-7206309670 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and may ask for photos/videos of the product.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are credited via the original payment method (Bank Transfer / UPI / Card Payment).

  • For partial returns or exchanges, only the eligible item value will be refunded.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we’ll bear the shipping cost.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong address), the customer bears return shipping charges.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched or gone into production.
    Custom or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
